On the last day, we were there, the French family prepared an event at school. They set up music from their region, Bretagne music, which consisted of bagpipes, drums, clarinets, flutes. Once arriving there was food on the table from each of the family. We waited there in the lunch building until the band showed up. They were soon playing and were well on their way. A few others and I couldn’t tolerate the loudness of the building and so we spent some time being outside. Some of the French students were outside with us as well. We took one last group photo before we left the area. The next day both Mila and her father took me to the train station in Rennes. I said my final goodbyes and got onto the train that was headed straight to Paris.
