On Wednesday, April 24th, at a house near Girard and Gibson, a therapy pig name Barbie was stolen and her owner was offering $3,000 for her pig to be brought back. Barbie was known around her community for being the mascot of local yoga events and a comfort for people at daycares, summer programs, and school events.

The suspects were reported as two Hispanic men in a black lifted truck with a silver tool box in the back. On Saturday, April 27th, Barbie was spotted in the back of a black truck and the reward was raised to $4,000. On Sunday, Barbie was reunited with her owner. Barbie was found in the backyard of an abandoned house.
